This wine undergoes 4 months resting in bottles before it is marketed.
Cherry-red in colour with hints of blue. Its aroma represents a good fruit concentration with forest fruit notes (blackberry, raspberry and cranberry). Flavoursome, pleasant and well-balanced mouth-feel.
It pairs perfectly with red meat, cured meat and any type of cheese, but especially soft and mild cheeses.
Bottle of 75 cl. 6 units per case.
